Heiko is a senior consultant with Hewitt's Talent and Organization Consulting line of business. His focus is providing solutions for organizations to attract, motivate, and retain their employees. Heiko consults in areas such as talent management, organizational development, and post-merger integrations. He also consults on the measurement, design, and implementation of compensation systems. Heiko has specific technical expertise in linking rewards to business strategy and motivating people to perform through effective incentive program design. He is one of the Firm's designated resources for short-term variable compensation strategic design, measurement, and implementation issues. He has broad experiences in measurement, statistical, and financial modeling. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and Chicago Industrial/Organizational Psychologists (CIOP).
