Irv Becker is the National Practice Leader - Executive Compensation for Hay Group. He works with Boards and senior management in the design and development of reward programs. His client experience includes many major corporations across multiple industries. Prior to joining Hay Group, Irv was the National Practice Leader for Executive Compensation Consulting at a Big 4 Firm. Irv spent 10 years on the corporate side heading up the Compensation and Benefits functions at Goldman Sachs, First USA Bank, The Home Depot and Young & Rubicam.
