Charlotte Lawrence joined SCI in June of 2004 in an HR Compliance and Policy role. She began building out the Talent Acquisition team in early 2007 and is currently the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. She manages a team of internal recruiters, specialists and coordinators who support overall Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs including strategic recruiting, contingent workforce program, campus recruiting and relations, employment branding and relocation. Prior to joining SCI, Charlotte worked in the Healthcare industry as an HR Manager for a small multi-site orthopedics company. Charlotte's experience began in the recruiting field in various recruiting roles in the graphics and publishing industry as well as several years supporting Tax recruiting at Ernst & Young.Charlotte's passions are creating value from the Talent Acquisition space that links to proven differential performance from internal and external talent selected into new roles within the company.

Mendy Hovan has worked for Service Corporation International (SCI) since August of 2005 as part of the Human Resources team. After being with the company for 3 years, Mendy transitioned from a HR Project Coordinator role into the Talent Acquisition team as a Specialist. Prior to SCI, Mendy worked for Kforce Professional Staffing for 5 years.Starting her career in the staffing industry back in 2000, focusing on the contingent workforce at SCI has been a natural fit. Mendy has played a crucial role in the design and implementation of SCI's contingent workforce program - TalentConnect.
