Chelle Wingeleth has more than eighteen years of human resources and talent acquisition experience collaborating across complex organizations. Presently Chelle leads Talent Acquisition at Southern California Edison, an Edison International Company.
Prior to joining Edison, Chelle was the Global Director of Talent Acquisition for Research In Motion, the designer and manufacturer of the BlackBerry® smartphone. Before joining Research In Motion, Chelle was the First Vice President of Enterprise Wide Recruiting at Washington Mutual. In that role she drove operational excellence across the recruiting function and was the key architect at Washington Mutual in building a centralized, full-service executive search function to recruit industry-leading talent.
Chelle has designed, implemented and managed the staffing of operations centers, corporate headquarters, and business line functions throughout her career. Prior to Washington Mutual, Chelle worked as a Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist, Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Manager with Randstad North America, Amazon.com and an Internet start up, respectively.
Chelle has held Board of Directors positions with the World Association for Co-Operative Education and the Washington State Business Leadership Network.
