Global Leader of the Human Resources Research and Analytics (HRRA) Practice, Procter & Gamble
Dr. Robert Gibby explains the current state of analytics at P&G: they have integrated their data, set standards, defined business questions, and have implemented automated reporting- but they still don’t think that they are “doing analytics” yet. The next step is to master predictive modeling/analytics- and use the findings to determine where the business is going to go. Predictive modeling and analytics will allow P&G to learn whether choices that are being made from an organizational standpoint and a people standpoint are going to align with strategy and actually and deliver business results.
Dr. Gibby shares the goal of continuing to evolve their analytics models and capabilities to develop predictions that will ultimately link HR data to financial and business results.
