Webcast:
Most organizations don’t have an enterprise-level view into how many contractors are working on their site or with their customers. In fact, a recent study from HCI revealed that less than 35% of survey respondents use an enterprise technology or system to manage this section of their worker population. Not only does this present an issue from a sheer metrics or reporting perspective, but it also has wide-reaching implications regarding internal security, emergency management and performance quality. How can a process be expanded, reduced or improved without a basic understanding of what the current state is?
How are employers ensuring that they know who’s doing what work and where? What are benefits, and risks, of understanding this important aspect of workforce management? In this webcast, we’ll take the blindfold off of contract talent management through analytics and reporting.
