As founder of Vemo, Mr. Louch applies his line leadership and management consulting experience within workforce planning and organization effectiveness to provide clients a comprehensive and integrated workforce planning process that helps ensure they have the talent necessary to execute on business strategy. Prior to founding Vemo, Mr. Louch led the Talent Value Management practice area of Right Management Consultants and The Empower Group, divisions of Manpower. In this role, he led engagements with leading technology, pharmaceutical, services and public sector organizations and developed the Talent Value Management concept as a method of applying supply chain concepts to human resource planning and management. Prior to Right/Empower, Mr. Louch held successive sales and leadership positions within the Advertising & Communications division of TMP/Monster Worldwide. In these roles, he helped lead the conversion from a traditional advertising agency to an internet, technology and outsourcing services powerhouse, including twenty times growth in these new revenue areas from 1999 to 2002. Prior to TMP, Mr. Louch held roles within both technology and consumer products startups.

Pat Chadbourne is the director and owner of APAC Associates, Inc., a company that specializes in workforce planning solutions. Pat is a well recognized and respected leader in workforce planning, human resources and talent acquisition solutions. As a senior leader and industry consultant, Pat has over 20 years experience in development and implementation of long term business strategies designed to address the human capital needs of an organization. As a certified six sigma black-belt, Pat combines her industry knowledge together with a disciplined project management style to help client organizations arrive at sustainable long term workforce planning and human capital solutions.
