Presenters

Teresa Butson has been working at RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) for 23 years. RBC provides banking, wealth management services, insurance, corporate, investment banking and transaction processing services to a global market. RBC has approximately 77,000 employees serving more than 18 million clients through offices in Canada, the U.S. and 53 other countries. Teresa has served many roles within the RBC organization including positions within Retail Banking, Business Banking, Service Delivery, as well as Head office roles within Human Resources and Procurement. More recently Teresa lead a cross functional team to develop and then implement a strategy to support the engagement of RBC's contingent workforce across North America and the UK. That initiative included the outsourcing of the operations to a Managed Service Provider and the implementation of a new Vendor Management System that supports the engagement of contingent labour for all contract labour categories. In addition to her role leading the Global Contingent Workforce Management Center of Expertise for RBC she also heads up the Specialized Shared Services group within HR Shared Services which includes oversight of the HR Reporting & Analytics, HR Web Services and the Linguistics Centers of Expertise.

Tony Larm of Allegis Group Services (AGS), currently serves as Program Director for the Contingent Workforce Management Program for Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). As a leader of the Contingent Workforce Leadership team he is responsible for MSP design, implementation, strategic initiatives, technology provider management and program delivery management.
Prior to joining the AGS/RBC Contingent Workforce Management Team, Tony held multiple leadership roles with Allegis Group serving multiple clients throughout the United States.
