Tom founded The Miller Company in 1991 after spending a few years in the Reward and Recognition industry working for larger companies. His interest in Recognition and Reward Systems (RRS) as tools to drive employee engagement has led him to speak, write and even return to school in an effort to expand his understanding of how non-cash recognition and incentive tools impact corporate results.
