Dennis Berger is senior vice president, chief coworker services officer and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.Berger is responsible for leading CDW's programs in coworker learning and development, benefits, compensation, performance management, coworker relations and recruitment.Berger joined CDW in 2005 as vice president of coworker services and executive committee member. He was promoted to his current position in 2007. Prior to joining the company, Berger served as vice president of human resources at PepsiAmericas and also served as a group vice president of human resources in PepsiAmericas' St. Louis office. Before joining PepsiAmericas in 1999, Berger held human resources positions of increasing responsibility at Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc. and GTE Corporation.Berger holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston and a master's degree in business administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and the Board of Directors for Chicago SCORES.

Anjani is highly regarded for her work on enterprise-wide organizational change efforts. With several years of corporate experience, Anjani has an innate ability to be a creative thinker while maintaining focus on practical solutions and execution. Anjani is known for her thought leadership, collaborative style and hands-on approach and relentless focus on helping clients achieve significant top line growth and bottom line impact.Prior to joining Axiom, Anjani was a senior member of the Organization Capability team at PepsiAmericas. Prior to her time with Pepsi, she spent several years at Motorola in both Corporate and Business Human Resource roles.Ms. Panchal has been a frequent speaker on human capital topics, such as sales force effectiveness, employee surveys and the use of assessment tools for selection purposes. She has also served on the board of the Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychology organization. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Society for Consulting Psychology and the Organization Development Network. Additionally, she has played an active role in the National Association of Female Executives.Anjani is working towards her PhD in Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of California.
