Scott Kahle is the Recruiting Manager at Dataline, Inc. located in Gaithersburg, MD. For over 10 years Scott has worked with corporate and 3rd party staffing firms in both consulting and full-time employment positions. In his current role, Scott is responsible building and managing the services business unit of Dataline's commercial offices in the Baltimore Washington metro area. Additionally, Scott has worked with his peers in the Washington, DC metro area to help established a forum for an open exchange of idea among other DC Area Recruiter. In the last quarter of 2004 he created the DCRecruiters.com web site to provide area recruiter with access to tools, information and links to valuable online resources. In August of 2005, Scott's DC Recruiting Blog was picked up for syndication by ERE as 1 of 13 independent industry leading authors that make up the ERE Blog Central site.
