Caroline Emmons is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team at Aetna and works as a University Relations Consultant responsible managing Aetna's Graduate Recruiting Program. Her primary responsibilities include consulting with internal clients to understand and identify talent needs to ensure a pipeline of graduate students for current and future openings. Design and execute recruiting strategies, builds and sustains alliance relationships with graduate business schools and national organizations.Prior to assuming her current role in December of 2007 Caroline was Nurse Recruiter for the North Central Region at Aetna where she lead a national recruiting campaign to hire over 120 Nurses in 4 months as a result of Aetna's Medicare Expansion Program.Prior to joining Aetna in 2006, Caroline worked at Familymeds, Inc. where she managed all recruiting programs for 80 pharmacies in 14 states. Caroline began her career in Human Resources at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in 2003 where she worked as a Staffing Assistant in their national recruiting office in West Haven, Connecticut.Caroline received her undergraduate degree in World Literature and graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003.
