Jeanne also regularly blogs for Harvard Business along with co-author Karie Willyerd.Jeanne has worked as a consultant with over 200 organizations on launching, managing and re-inventing a corporate university. Stuart Kerr has over 20 years experience helping companies achieve their business goals through implementing innovative technology. He recently joined SelectMinds as SVP of Sales and Marketing to build on SelectMinds' 10 years of experience delivering top level corporate social networks to the world's most complex organizations. Prior to joining SelectMinds, Stuart served as VP of Enterprise Business for TheLadders.com, an online community targeted at the 100K+ job market, where he started and built the Enterprise Recruiting Division. He was also the President and CEO of ObjectStar, a VC backed firm based in London and Toronto. Before ObjectStar, he served as VP of Sales for Vitria Technology, spent five years at NeXT software/Apple Computer, worked with Oracle, and started his career at IBM.
