Susan M. Snyder is a Senior Principal and leads the Leadership & Talent practice for Hay Group’s US Life Sciences sector as well as Hay Group’s US legal sector. She enables clients to succeed by aligning people with strategy, partnering with senior executives to overcome key leadership and talent management challenges such as: CEO succession, senior team development, executive assessment, talent management, culture definition and sustenance, and executive leadership development.
The majority of Susan’s work is with senior executives across functional areas, with particular expertise in scientific, legal, and sales organizations. She has worked extensively in the legal sector and life sciences industry (including global pharmaceuticals, small and large biotechs, and medical devices), as well as in the high tech and insurance sectors.
Susan is a significant contributor to leading research and innovation that has been useful to clients world-wide, covering topics such as executive team effectiveness, CEO succession, talent assessment, and sales force effectiveness.
