Webcast:
This webcast will explore the fast-emerging field of talent-management analytics: metrics that help HR professionals quantify success in the management of human capital, just as traditional "key performance indicators" enable their colleagues to measure success in financial or operational terms. Examples of the new analytics include measurements of the quality of new hires into the organization, and the depth and breadth of the organization's succession-planning program. Armed with this vital information, organizations can track the new "ROI" - the return on the individual - as they strive to better utilize talent in pursuit of their corporate objectives.
