In late 2007, more than 800 members of the Human Capital Institute gave us their impressions of HR's progress since the 2005 article "Why We Hate HR". After analyzing their responses, we created a white paper that reveals many surprises about the profession and how it is perceived - both by HR professionals and those outside the profession. All webcast registrants and attendees will receive a free copy of the report by email after the webcast. During the webcast, we'll highlight and discuss the main findings and we'll poll the audience to see how its opinions compare to the survey respondents.

He is an internationally respected analyst and speaker on the topic of transformational human capital management for individuals, organizations, regions and nations. In 2009 he was recognized as among the "100 Most Influential People in HR and Talent Management".Allan's contributions include the development of award-winning workforce management and information systems for government, international organizations and the private sector. Allan has many years experience as a senior researcher, analyst and consultant, servicing large private and public sector clients worldwide.
