While companies typically have formal policies that denote general ethical behavior across the organization, leaders often differ in how they envision people carrying out ethical standards. Leaders themselves vary in demonstrating behaviors that convey ethical standards, so it’s not surprising that people experience mixed messages. Efforts to create strong norms for ethical behavior across workgroups are most successful when the leader can clearly communicate his or her personal ethical expectations for every member of the team, group, department, or division. This webcast explores how leaders at all levels in your organization can articulate and encourage others to adhere to a common set of ethical standards.
