Steve Motenko, PCC is a Harvard-educated leadership trainer and a certified leadership coach. Co-owner of Path Forward Leadership Development Services, Steve is co-author of Land On Your Feet, Not On Your Face: A Guide to Building Your Leadership Platform.
Steve has facilitated management training experiences at Boeing, Microsoft, and in government agencies, nonprofits, community organizations, and educational institutions across the country. Through his work with the nonprofit Center for Ethical Leadership, Steve has introduced a values/integrity approach to building ethical cultures in organizations of all types.
Steve was an award-winning journalist in his first career, an award-winning music teacher in his second, and a performing musician (award-free) throughout. He spends his volunteer time working on issues of environmental sustainability and social justice, primarily as a certified facilitator with the nonprofit Pachamama Alliance.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys music (he directs a community choir), Pilates, meditation, time in nature, and most of all communing with his wife and his rambunctious dog. They make their home in paradise – Washington State’s Whidbey Island.
