Doug has over ten (10) years of college/university relations experience and is currently the Manager, University Relations for Activision Blizzard, the world's largest video game publisher (with hits like Guitar Hero and Call of Duty). He was responsible for creating, implementing, and executing a global university relations strategy at Broadcom Corporation (a semiconductor company), with a focus in Europe, Asia and India, and has worked as a Consultant with Western Digital Corporation where he provided the framework for their college relations program. Doug has held positions in university relations at Washington Mutual and Ernst & Young Consulting, and has been actively sourcing and recruiting Bachelor, Master, and PhD level students and graduates at several colleges and universities domestically and internationally. He also has over 14 years of experience in Career Services on the college/university side where he has been responsible for building and developing robust on-campus recruiting programs that have attracted employers from all industries.Doug graduated with his BA degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He was the President of the Western Association of Colleges and Employers (WACE) in 2002, now the Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges and Employers (MPACE), is on the 2009-2010 Board of Directors for NACE as Employer Director, and is a 20 year member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
