Leading the recruiting team at TiVo, William Uranga loves bringing the best aspects of an organization's culture to new individuals and inspire them to do great things. In addition to being the Director of Talent Acquisition at TiVo, William co-founded and helps lead the Recruiting Leadership Forum and until recently was an instructor in the HR Management Certificate program at UC Santa Cruz Extension in Silicon Valley. William satisfies his inner geek with tech gadgets and building with Legos along with his kids. When he can, he trade in his electronic leashes in for a backpack and hits the trail. His favorite show (a favorite TiVo question) is FX’s Damages on Tuesdays.

Anne brings over 16 years of experience to Jobvite with demonstrated expertise in the introduction of new brands and solutions. She co-founded Indigo Partners, a boutique consulting firm, where her clients included leading technology firms serving consumer, small business and enterprise markets. She has held marketing and management positions at Reference Software, Ashton-Tate and Hewlett-Packard. Anne received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and a B.A. from Stanford University.
