Nina Brody, Head of Talent at Take Care Health Systems is responsible for the overall development and execution of best-in-class recruitment strategies that will enable the growth of the organization. These responsibilities include establishing, managing and defining the recruitment model that will include development of recruitment plans, policies, processes, practices, and resources that drive organizational excellence. In this leadership role, Nina advances the organization's use of best practice concepts (such as assessment and workforce planning models) to better anticipate talent needs. Nina is also responsible for staying abreast of market trends and benchmarks and establishing key performance metrics so that the organization can assess the investments made in its recruiting infrastructure. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
