Allan Schweyer is a Principal in the Washington DC based firm Center for Human Capital Innovation, which provide strategic consulting services to government and military clients. Prior to CHCI, he was President & Executive Director of the Human Capital Institute, the world's foremost Talent Management community. Trained as a labor market economist, Schweyer has contributed to the field for almost two decades. He is the author of two books, "Talent Management Systems" (Wiley&Sons, 2004) and "Talent Management Technologies (HCI Press 2009). He is an internationally respected analyst and speaker on the topic of transformational human capital management for individuals, organizations, regions and nations. In 2009 he was recognized as among the "100 Most Influential People in HR and Talent Management".Allan's contributions include the development of award-winning workforce management and information systems for government, international organizations and the private sector. Allan has many years experience as a senior researcher, analyst and consultant, servicing large private and public sector clients worldwide. Allan's articles and white papers appear in dozens of popular media and industry specific publications worldwide.

Elaine Orler is Vice President of Talent Acquisition Management. She focuses on helping organizations realize the true business impact that can be achieved through the strategic use of talent acquisition management technologies as part of an overarching talent management technology strategy. A recognized thought leader, Elaine draws on 15 years of experience in the recruiting industry working with world-class organizations to bring clients unmatched expertise in recruiting, applicant tracking, and talent acquisition management solutions as part of an integrated talent management strategy. Prior to Knowledge Infusion, Elaine was Practice Manager at The Newman Group, a Futurestep Company, where she led and managed numerous consulting engagements with clients focused on optimizing recruiting operating models for competitive business advantage; redefined global acquisition business processes; and identified and implemented talent acquisition solutions and systems for fortune 500 clients. Before that she was a senior partner at the Talent Market Group where she defined and executed the vision for the talent management consulting practice. Elaine also held consulting roles with Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and managed staffing infrastructure, technology, and recruiting processes at Gateway Computers and Qualcomm Incorporated. She has published articles for a variety of industry resources, including the Electronic Recruiting Exchange, IHRIM link, and leading trade publications like HR Executive Magazine.
