Every recruiter has a different perspective when it comes to sourcing for quality hires. They determine which skills, experiences, and previous opportunities are best suited for the position they are trying to fill. But do the previously-stated criteria really give the recruiter a well-rounded opinion of who will be most successful in the position? The answer: yes and no.
If that’s the case, what makes up a “quality” hire?
