Mila is also a member of the adjunct faculty at New York University. Prior to joining the World Bank she was the SVP HR at SourceMedia a financial publishing firm in New York City.
Mila has a special interest and passion for the recruitment, hiring and retention of top talent in organizations. Much of her career has been spent designing and implementing strategies and solutions to acquiring, developing and retaining the best talent for the organization she’s been privileged to be a part of.
