Lisa Domer is a Human Resources Project Specialist for the Tax, Retirement & Pre-Employment Services division of ADP, Inc. In this role, Lisa is responsible for leading the coordination and implementation of initiatives across a business group of over 3,500 associates. She is an active member of ADP's acquisition integration team, several corporate-level project teams, and the division's Diversity Committee where she oversees the development and content of the group's Diversity website. Lisa has over 17 years experience in the field of Human Resources, spending the last 12 with ADP in positions of increasing responsibility. Over the years, Lisa has focused on many aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, Affirmative Action planning, training development and facilitation, and recruiting, as well as having managed a group of HR associates. Lisa holds a B.A. from Chapman University.
