David Walker is the Managing Director of DBM's Mountain District. In this role, David counsels corporate customers and a diverse individual clientele on subjects ranging from organizational transformation to personal career development, leading an award-winning team of career transition professionals.Prior to joining DBM, David served as the senior manager of Executive Search Services for Coors Brewing Company in Golden, CO. While at Coors, David pioneered an effective process for executive selection and made key contributions to reshaping the firm's staffing philosophy. His search and mentoring efforts saved Coors more than $3 million in fees and expenses as he recruited dozens of industry leaders.As a Partner, he established PR1ME Consultants, an executive search firm specializing in financial services. He continues to share his search-related expertise in client discussions on selection dynamics and his perspective on the rewards and challenges of owning a business.With more than 20 years of client-focused consulting experience, David has spent more than half of his career in the securities industry including six years in New York's financial district, and a position as Vice President of a national HR consulting firm. His professional background also includes experience as a "Top-40" radio jock for WPIX-FM-New York, NY and on-air work with KADE / KBCO-Boulder, CO.David's involvement in the community includes the Denver-Cherry Creek Rotary, where he served as President and DCCR Foundation President and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce where he has been a member and a Chamber Ambassador for several years.David earned his bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
