The Talent Community proves to be a marketing goldmine. ADP sends prospective candidates follow-up e-mails with regard to high-volume jobs, company news and creative assets, and interesting stories. They have found that it is one great way to engage prospective employees on line, so that when they are ready for career change, they will turn to ADP.
