Scott Nemeth is an expert in Human Capital Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning and currently leads this function as Director, Human Capital Analytics at Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, Ohio. At Nationwide, Scott leverages human capital data and predictive analytics to drive HR and business decisions. Scott recently led the successful implementation of the Oracle Business Intelligence HR Analytics Tool at Nationwide.
Prior to his role at Nationwide, Scott led General Motors’ global Workforce Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning activity for the Manufacturing organization of 195,000 employees in 35 countries. His work was instrumental in creating the "zero-based staffing plan" which was an essential component of GM’s global restructuring and turnaround strategy.
Scott also leverages his prior experience in strategy development, systems thinking and decision analysis in the workforce analytics space. He earned his MBA from Michigan State University.

Robert Mattson is the Director, Talent Management Marketing at ADP, Inc. in Marlborough, MA. He has been involved in web and HR focused technology with responsibilities ranging from developer to evangelist for companies such as Allaire, Applix and Performix Technologies. Mr. Mattson has spoken at seminars and conferences around the country and his articles have been seen in publications ranging from the Java Developer's Journal to Talent Management Magazine.
