Presenters

Mindy Moye, Ph.D, is the Manager of Employee Engagement at John Deere's World Headquarters in Moline IL. She manages the company's biannual Employee Survey Process, Pulse Surveys, HR Metrics, Executive Onboarding, and Employee Engagement. Mindy has an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State Mankato, an M.A. in Measurement, Statistics, and a Ph.D. in Planning, Policy, and Leadership Studies from The University of Iowa. Mindy is the author of five publications and several conference presentations on employee empowerment and interpersonal trust. She has also taught college courses in Social and Industrial Psychology. Mindy is a member of SIOP, APS, and is a board member of the Mayflower Group.
