Webcast:
Every recruiter encounters this scenario; it seems there are literally no candidates in a market for a particular role. How can it be proven to the hiring team? What tools or systems could be used to show the availability of talent across the world?
Through an innovative approach to understanding talent pools and pipelines, we'll hear about how one organization, faced with the need to hire a high-volume of niche roles in small geographical markets, developed a talent map and focused on developing engagement conversations to secure the best talent.
