Craig will be responsible for leveraging a unified MGM MIRAGE recruitment brand for staffing purposes; facilitating ways to capitalize on companywide synergies and economies of scale in the areas of strategic staffing and college relations, and strengthening MGM MIRAGE's presence as a preferred employer on college campuses. Additionally, Craig will be responsible for maintaining key relationships with organizations that offer staffing-related value, coordinating career opportunities for graduates of MGM MIRAGE upward mobility programs company-wide, and expanding recruitment outreach to all related disciplines.Craig comes to MGM MIRAGE with impressive staffing and college relations experience. Most recently he was the Strategic Sourcing Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. In this role, he developed and implemented strategic and tactical sourcing solutions that identified candidate pools to meet short and long-term global staffing forecasts. He also developed and launched the first Starbucks diversity Web site. Before joining Starbucks, Craig was the Recruiting Manager for Amazon.com where he designed, developed and implemented innovative campus recruiting programs. In addition to his impressive record of success at Starbucks and Amazon, Craig has held increasingly responsible positions for Microsoft Corporation.Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
