This exciting interactive webinar is designed for managers, HR Professionals or those who have the responsibility for building high-performance work teams. It will explore some of the traditional and non-traditional topics around team evaluation, development, and performance enhancement.
We will identify and define the twelve attributes of a high-performance team; ascribe the role of the leader in a strong and weak team culture; and evaluate the importance of homogeneity and heterogeneity to overall team effectiveness. We will outline four behavioral strategies that successful teams must perfect. We will surface some of the functional and process inhibitors to team interaction and we will isolate at least one methodology for addressing a team’s most common and difficult challenge: the ability to manage change. Join us.
Let’s share our challenges and our best practices with one another. Our teams will be glad we did.
At the completion of this session, participants will be able to:
Compare and contrast the attributes of a high-performance team with that of an under-performing team. Examine one’s individual behavioral attributes in the context of an individual contributor as well as a member of a team.
Describe the Profiles Performance Indicator and its use as a tool for individual and team evaluation and development. Synthesize the value of team balance and its contribution to team performance.
Evaluate a basic team analysis, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the team and determine what the team can do to enhance its overall effectiveness. Leverage and apply the understanding of team attributes in a dynamically-changing environment.
