In 2016 Ball Corporation became the largest manufacturer of beverage cans in the world with the acquisition of Rexam PLC. It quickly became a time of change throughout the organization as we worked to become more efficient, and operate as one company.
Over the past three years we have expanded our centralized recruitment function from a small portion of North America to cover North, Central, and South America, Europe and our AMEA region (Africa, Middle East & Asia). This Global focus has made our talent acquisition function more efficient and effective, while adding significant value to the organization. We achieved this by focusing on: candidate experience, process-driven solutions, employee value proposition, strategic assessments, system and tools, internal people development, executive search, onboarding and cohesive talent partnerships.
