Webcast:
Reductions in workforce are an unfortunate reality in today's economy. However, employees you layoff today can be future rehires, brand advocates, customers or partners - all direct or indirect future revenue. Alumni Networks allow you to maintain these relationships and reap the associated benefits. One company saved $1.6 million in headhunter fees in a year, thanks to 31 recruits found through its Alumni Network. What's more, research shows that 66% of rehires turn out to be star performers.
Join SelectMinds CEO Anne Berkowitch during this webcast to learn more about Alumni Networks, and how you can inexpensively get one up and running in a matter of weeks. We'll also show you what these networks look like, how they work, and walk you through the ROI other organizations have achieved as a result of their Alumni Networks.
Don't lose sight of the future: the economy will turn and you'll be faced with staffing thousands of positions. Now is the time to maintain these relationships that can deliver the results and cost savings you need. You can't afford to lose these relationships forever.
