He has been in the HR and HR systems industry for over 25 years.Prior to joining HRchitect, John owned and ran his own consulting firm, Triangle Business Solutions. He has worked with a variety of companies and industries including: WR Grace & Co., The Seven-Up Company, Philip Morris, International Technology Corp, ScrippsHealth, Hyatt Hotels and Mayo Clinic. He has run HR organizations for companies ranging in size from 500 to 50,000 employees.
