Tayiba Ahsan is a Consulting Manager at Axsium Group Inc. with over 9 years of Human Capital Management Consulting experience, the last 5 years of which, focused on the Workforce Management (WFM) specialty. Ms. Ahsan has led end-to-end WFM implementations as well consulted with clients to develop business cases, solution strategy road maps and conducted policy standardization/optimization analysis.Prior to joining Axsium Group, Ms. Ahsan was a Senior Consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services, responsible for business process re-engineering and change management for Fortune 500 companies implementing enterprise HCM systems. Her range of experience spans media and entertainment, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, energy utility, and retail industries.

Ms. Bressel-Wilder has over 12 years of experience in change management, both as a consultant and internally in her role as Director of Financial Systems, Strategy, and Support at Sony Pictures. She holds an MBA from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Ms Bressel-Wilder has led the change management, training and communication aspects of numerous enterprise software implementations as well as advised on Finance and IT strategic initiatives.
