Dr. Doster is a respected and sought-after organizational effectiveness consultant and executive coach with extensive experience in performance management and training and development. Anne has in-depth experience working in a broad range of industries including health care, finance, high technology, education and software training. Her work is extensive in organizational interventions including facilitation of change, culture shifts, and alignment of human capital with business strategy. She earned her doctorate in Adult Education with an emphasis in Training and Development at North Carolina State University and is a National Certified Counselor.

Peyton Daniel is responsible for leading DBM's Executive Coaching practice in North America, including business development and service delivery. He and his team partner with organizations to identify key business challenges and explore ways that DBM can support senior executives in achieving superior business performance. Peyton's professional background reflects a dedication to helping Fortune 500 customers align the performance of their key talent with their corporate objectives. He has held various executive roles in performance improvement consulting firms, and just prior to joining DBM, he was on the senior management team of Learn2.com, a leading e-learning corporation. Peyton holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Stanford University.
