Webcast:
For your talent to achieve their potential in a dynamic environment, they require opportunities and resources that enable and motivate full utilization of newly developed skills. For talent managers, this depends on forecasting how people will act differently in the future as a result of an investment in their development. Challenges arise when talent behavior is different than what business leaders need it to be. These prerequisites for success are made easier when talent management systems take into account the underlying factors that influence and predict employees' decisions and behaviors. Industrial-organizational psychology research has uncovered truths about predicting behavior to effectively guide and manage talent development. Whether you implement talent management systems or execute on them, this webcast will discuss 12 essential principles to develop talent potential for the future and predict future performance. HCI members who attend will receive a complimentary self-diagnostic questionnaire, Twelve Fundamentals of Talent Management.
