His areas of expertise include Career Site development, User Experience optimization, and online candidate acquisition strategies for both active and passive job seekers in traditional and Web 2.0 environments. In addition to exploring the Candidate User Experience, his work includes the continual identification of online recruitment best practices and trends. A strong foundation in the technological aspects of the Web Experience allows him to explore solution development from both a technical, as well as strategic, perspective.Kevin's focus extends beyond the use of online space to engage job seekers and candidates. He is often instrumental in guiding strategies to measure the performance of online media campaigns and Career Sites through Web Analytics, ensuring that the actions taken online are tracked and measured in relation to distinct business goals.Kevin is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Liberal Arts and Communication.
