Lisa Sherr, Director of Branding, Communications and Metrics at ADP shares that while LinkedIn is typically the go-to site for recruiters, ADP has found that Facebook is a more effective tool for getting employment branding, and the value proposition of working at ADP, out to the public. Facebook lets ADP be engaging and dynamic while highlighting their culture of diversity.
Recently ADP enlisted Facebook as a tool to help highlight diversity in the organization. ADP’s diversity-focused internship program started a FB blog to discuss ADP’s success in valuing diversity of thought, background and experiences. This blog, as well as other “fun” events have helped ADP in their successful junior-level recruiting efforts.
