Andy led Balfour Beatty Workplace, a £600m support services company, through a period of major change. He won £1billion of new major contract wins and broadened the services portfolio beyond TFM via acquisitions and disposals. Andy also took Rentokil’s Pest Division from 5 years of decline to a confident, well-managed organisation with revenues across 28 countries almost doubling to £450m. He built a strong presence in the USA; successfully completed a £150m-investment acquisition programme; and delivered significant improvements in customer retention and colleague satisfaction. Prior to his time at Rentokil Andy led substantial restructuring at RAC. He created Lex Vehicle Solutions out of a JV and divested the commercial vehicle business and won a number of significant new long term outsourcing contracts. Andy is now Managing Director at Wates Living Space, one of the UK’s leading affordable housing construction services providers.
