Presenters

Master Burnett is the Managing Director of Dr. John Sullivan. Mr. Burnett directs the global advisory services of thought leader Dr. John Sullivan. In this capacity he is responsible for assisting organizations implementing tools or strategies proposed by Dr. John Sullivan and managing ongoing initiatives aimed at identifying best practice firms and approaches. Prior to joining Dr. John Sullivan, Mr. Burnett served as the Director of Client Services and Corporate Marketing for the Silicon Talent Corporation, an aggressive boutique staffing firm headquartered in the Silicon Valley, providing early stage high-technology ventures with staffing and HR advisory services. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at San Francisco State University. His expertise covers such topics as the implementation of technology, staffing and recruiting systems, organizational effectiveness coaching, and process engineering.

Dawn is Vice President, Solution Management at SAP. Her team is responsible for the strategic direction and roadmap of SAP Solutions focused on people. The portfolio of applications her covers include Core HR & Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Succession, Learning, Shared Service Framework and Self Services.
Dawn has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. She started her career at a staffing firm called People, Incorporated in Chicago. She had worked her way through college as a bookkeeper and learned computers in high school so left to take her first job with a client as a software developer.

War of talent will be on rise as their is a crisis to find the candidate who are familiar with the technology and hence the companies are prepared to pay more t the right candidate .Also,i think the HR management should come out with a good payroll softwares like the Chicago time and attendance to keep the track of their employee and pay accordingly.
