Jay Lash is responsible for exploring new markets for the MBO business model and creating new business opportunities for Associates. Recently he developed strategic alliances with human capital industry partners in the VMS, MSP, and staffing industry space. Before joining MBO Partners, Jay served at Allegis Group Services for over six years as a leader on their Human Capital Solutions team, responsible for the development of customer-specific solutions, client consulting and new product offerings.
Prior to Allegis, Jay had over 15 years of experience in the Workforce Management Solutions industry working for Manpower Professional and TAC Worldwide, designing and implementing complex MSP programs. A well known industry advisor, Jay participates with organizations such as the HCI Contract Talent Practice board of founders, the American Staffing Association and Staffing Industry Analysts. He also provides consulting to companies seeking innovative solutions to their contingent workforce challenges.
Jay Lash began his career as an Executive Search consultant in the Boston area in the early 1980’s and also worked in HR and Recruiting. Jay is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and currently resides in Utah and Maine.

Dennis Kanegaye brings over 25 years of experience in delivering human capital and contingent workforce solutions to large organizations. His role as Division President of all B2B offerings at MBO Partners will be focused on delivering independent contractor compliance and engagement programs for Fortune 2000 enterprises, government agencies and providers of staffing and contingent workforce services.Before his seven year tenure as President of Guidant Group, a major MSP provider based in Houston, Kanegaye served as Senior Vice President of Field Sales and Operations at the Parson Group, LLC. In 2000, Parson Group was listed #1 in INC Magazine's "500 Fastest Growing Private Companies." Prior to Parson Group, he held senior positions in several technology and service provider organizations including Computer Sciences Corporation, GE Information Services, and ENTEX Information Services.Dennis is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychobiology.

Since joining COMSYS in 2004, Mr. McGonegal has served as Senior Director, MSP Operations. In this role, Mr. McGonegal is responsible for the successful delivery and operations of COMSYS' managed service provider programs. His experience encompasses the strategic direction, business planning, marketing, sales, contract negotiation, process assessment, design, development, implementation, training, and support of these programs.Prior to joining COMSYS, Mr. McGonegal spent 9 years with Spherion in a variety of roles. In 2000, Mr. McGonegal was a founding employee of Enthusian Corporation, a joint venture between Spherion and Accenture that was one of the first VMS Technology providers. Additional positions held at Spheiron include National Practice Manager, VMS, Implementation Manager, Regional Marketing Manager and Operations Manager for Spherion Technology's Business Solutions group in the Mid-Atlantic Region.Before joining Spherion, Mr. McGonegal spent five years as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for market research and consulting firm Harlan Brown & Company. Responsibilities included project planning, management and delivery of proprietary market analysis projects ranging from acquisition and new market entry to competitive and customer analysis for Fortune 1000 firms.Mr. McGonegal holds a Masters in Business Administration from The George Washington University, and holds both a Batchelor of Arts in History and a Batchelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
John is currently engaged in dual responsibilities; first for the Sourcing
and Vendor Management organization and the technology companies
with whom Kelly partners to deliver Workforce solutions; and second
for an R&D function supporting global workforce solutions . He spends
a majority of his time consulting with clients in the design of “next
generation” solutions designed to meet the talent acquisition and
utilization, compliance, risk mitigation, cost savings, supply chain and
process efficiency demands necessary to succeed in the global
economy. John joined Kelly in 1993 and has progressed through roles
in field and corporate operations.
John has recently returned to the US from Australia where he was
overseeing the deployment of KellyOCG ‘s program with Rio Tinto,,
bringing a unique focus on HSE , Change Management, Process
Efficiency and Supplier Community Value Streams.
John is a member of The Forrester Research Sourcing & Vendor
Management Council and the Duke University Center for International
Business Education and Research (CIBER). He has been a featured
speaker on related topics for Staffing Industry Analysts, Human
Capital Institute, and the Institute for Supply Management.
