Webcast:
Keeping current with federal workplace law is definitively in the scope of strategic talent management. The Fair Labor Standards Act is one regulation that routinely confounds employers and experts alike. If you think you are current, ask yourself: Does my organization provide lactation breaks and non-bathroom facilities to nursing mothers? Do we automatically classify managers as ‘overtime exempt’ without examining job function? Can we rightfully defend ourselves against an ADEA claim?
It’s relatively simple to become familiar with the basics of FSLA. What’s harder is ensuring ongoing and routine compliance, given the speed of change in the modern workforce. In this webcast, we’ll cover the latest updates, amendments, clarifications and interpretations that are critical to protecting your company or organization and your workers.
