Derrick and the Center for Talent Retention are known in the industry as an elite partner equipping companies like: General Electric, Becton Dickinson, Ball Corporation, ADP, Allied Barton, BMC Software, John Deere, The Home Depot, and McDonalds to increase business performance through people.

Jerry Burke is the Manager of HR Strategic Planning for John Deere Credit. John Deere Credit with its 1800 worldwide employees is the financial services subsidiary of John Deere. In his current role at John Deere Credit Jerry is responsible for all HR Strategic Planning, major value added HR projects, assessments, a variety of HR metrics and integration with John Deere Corporate HR teams. In addition to Strategic Planning, most recently Jerry has led efforts with Selection Assessments, Sales Assessments and Engage and Retain. Jerry has worked at John Deere for 29 years in several HR roles. He has a graduate degree in Public Administration from Drake University.
