Presenters

Debra D'Agostino oversees all thought leadership research programs for Oxford Economics, and has more than 10 years of experience covering enterprise technology and business strategy. She joined the firm from the Economist Intelligence Unit, where she spent nearly four years in a number of roles, including senior technology editor and managing editor, leading the company’s business research department for the Americas. Prior to the EIU, she served as an editor and writer at CIO Insight, the award-winning business and technology strategy journal she helped launch at Ziff Davis Media. As a writer, her work has been recognized by American Business Media for excellence in business journalism, and she has received numerous national gold awards from the American Society of Business Publication Editors.

Jason Sanders, Director, SAP Enterprise Mobility at EPI-USE America has over 14 years of broad SAP HCM (Human Capital Management), SAP Enterprise Mobility and project management experience. Before joining EPU-USE America, Jason led the SAP HR implementation at Research in Motion, the Blackberry manufacturer. In addition to RIM, Jason had key management roles for HR implementations at General Motors, Kaiser Permanente, Georgia-Pacific Corp, and the Dept. of Homeland Security. Jason earned his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

Vanessa Sailor is Vice President of Marketing, focused on the global Human Capital Management marketing strategy for SAP. She leads a team responsible for supporting the HR messaging and positioning across the SAP portfolio of solutions that enable organizations to manage, recruit, retain and connect people across a global workforce. Vanessa and her team directly contribute to customer success, thought leadership and awareness of SAP solutions to drive value for customers and growth for SAP.
Vanessa has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. She has skills and direct knowledge in areas covering industry and product consulting, implementation, sales and marketing. Most recently Vanessa held marketing leadership roles to support SAP’s growing emerging solutions business units and acquisitions strategy. Her positions oversaw the development of lead generation programs and thought leadership campaigns that contributed over $20 million in pipeline influence. Additionally, Vanessa contributed in the integration efforts of the largest acquisition in SAP’s history and other post merger integration projects across various technology lines for SAP North America and instituted one of the first SAP global 360° marketing plans executed world-wide.
Prior to joining SAP, Vanessa held positions in consulting and pre-sales at a start-up software firm, Campbell Software that specialized in labor scheduling optimization technology for the retail industry. She was instrumental in the launch of the first Microsoft Windows ®™ StaffWorks™ release and contributed to over $20 million in direct sales.
Vanessa is a 1992 graduate from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science and continued education credentials from Purdue University. Is an active member of the American Marketing Association and is fluent in Spanish both written and verbal.
