According to RBS Corporate Banking’s CEO, Chris Sullivan, supporting gender diversity "should not be viewed as an equality issue. It is purely commercial ... numerous studies have shown that more diverse companies balanced between men and women achieve better financial results."
Recently, Chris and his team put this sentiment into action by collaborating with Kenexa to co-design and deliver a Women in Leadership programme for their high potential female leaders. Hear how this programme is delivering real results for RBS from Sonia Bate and Peta Latimer from Kenexa.
The family of companies under the RBS umbrella are; Citizens Bank, Natwest, Adam and Company, Coutts, Ulster Bank, Direct Line, and Lombard.
