Richard is a Partner in the Human Capital Management practice of IBM Global Business Services. He has over 20 years of experience in human resources consulting, most recently related to human resources strategy and delivery systems: helping clients to get more from their people and implement more efficient HR delivery. He is an expert in HR Transformation and a recognized thought leader in this area. Over his career, he has played a key role in transforming the HR function of major companies. He also has extensive expertise in the design of employee and executive compensation plans as well as retirement and welfare benefit plans.Presently, Richard is responsible for key initiatives of the business across all industries. Most recently, he developed a new HR service delivery model for the middle market encompassing the organization, process and technology aspects of HR delivery.Previously, Richard was Vice President, Americas MPBS HR Solutions. Before that he was Vice President, Human Resources, IBM Business Consulting Services-Americas. In that capacity, he played a key role in the integration of PwCC into IBM. Before that, he was the Americas Geography Leader and the East Business Unit Leader of PwC Consulting's Human Capital Solutions Consulting Practice.
