Trained as a labor market economist, Schweyer has contributed to the field for almost two decades. He is the author of two books, "Talent Management Systems" (Wiley&Sons, 2004) and "Talent Management Technologies (HCI Press 2009). He is an internationally respected analyst and speaker on the topic of transformational human capital management for individuals, organizations, regions and nations. In 2009 he was recognized as among the "100 Most Influential People in HR and Talent Management".Allan's contributions include the development of award-winning workforce management and information systems for government, international organizations and the private sector. Allan has many years experience as a senior researcher, analyst and consultant, servicing large private and public sector clients worldwide. Kip Wright is Vice President & General Manager of TAPFIN Process Solutions, a division of COMSYS (CITP). Kip is responsible for the division's overall strategic vision and operational management, including the consolidation of COMSYS practice strengths under the TAPFIN umbrella. This consolidation unites the whole of human capital management processes into an integrated set of solutions and puts TAPFIN at the forefront of workforce management.As Vice President & General Manager of TAPFIN, Kip leverages expertise gained in numerous positions as a member of the COMSYS senior management team, including Senior Vice President of Solutions, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and most recently as head of COMSYS Process Solutions. Prior to joining COMSYS, Kip served a variety of finance and operations-based leadership roles with Metamor Worldwide, BSG Consulting and Ernst & Young, all leading global consulting firms.

Jared Flynn joined T-Mobile in January 2009 where he is charged with developing a holistic workforce planning capability. Prior to T-Mobile, Jared led the workforce planning, workforce analytics, and recruiting operations functions for Safeco Insurance.Jared has held senior workforce planning roles with several FORTUNE 500 firms across a variety of industries. Previous employers include Hewitt Associates, USAA, and Safeco Insurance. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas-San Antonio and an economics degree from Baylor University.A frequent speaker on workforce planning, Jared recently gave a keynote presentation at the North America Workforce Planning Summit regarding improving business results by optimizing labor channel decisions.

Brian Bules works within GSK's Global Talent Center of Excellence and leads GlaxoSmithKline's strategy for acquiring and optimizing talent. He is also accountable for Talent-related Policies, Systems and Processes which drive the Company's talent decision-making and portfolio management. His team leads the selection of talent solutions (develop, hire or buy) that best meet the objectives of GSK's global businesses. Brian has over 8 years of HR and Recruitment experience and has over 10 years of Finance, Engineering and Supply Chain Management experience.Brian joined SmithKline Beecham in 1998 after spending 10 years with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company including positions in the US and Europe. Brian has an MBA in Finance and International Business from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.Brian has been a regular speaker and panelist with groups such as Staffing Industry Analysts, International Association for Corporate and Professional Recruitment and Human Capital Institute.
