Chuck Bollinger is Senior Director of Operations at TAPFIN Process Solutions. Chuck brings significant thought leadership across the workforce management arena. His experience includes more than 35 years at UPS in a variety of operational, Human Resources, and Procurement positions.During the span of his career at UPS, he has advanced from a part time role on the warehouse floor to his last role as UPS Procurement Services Human Resources Manager. He has over 15 years of human resources experience relating to organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, training, management development, HRIS, benefits and salary administration, and legal and compliance issues. In addition, Chuck has nearly 10 years of experience in the procurement and contracting environment with specific experience related to HR services.Most recently, Chuck oversaw enterprise-wide spending and all related purchasing for temporary staffing services. His activities were focused on sourcing opportunities specifically related to HR outsourcing such as, healthcare benefits, tuition reimbursement, SUTA administration, behavioral health applications, employee voluntary benefits program administration, global VMS/MSP temporary staffing services program, RPO, outplacement services, and other areas of HR services procurement.Chuck earned his bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Cabrini College in Philadelphia, Pa.

Craig is the director of Workforce Planning for UPS, with more than 415,000 employees worldwide. He is responsible for managing employment processes, including compliance with employment laws and regulatory agencies, with over 150,000 hires annually. A native of Seattle, Washington, Craig joined UPS in 1978 as a part-time package handler while attending the University of Washington. Following several assignments in operations, in 1987 he was promoted to Health and Safety Manager in the Human Resources function. In 1993 Craig became the District Human Resources Manager for the West Virginia District, a position he subsequently held in the North New England District and Long Island District for UPS. He was promoted to Corporate EEO/AA Manager and transferred to the corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2003. In 2005, he assumed his current position as director of Workforce Planning. Craig is a member of the Executive Board for the Equal Employment Advisory Council and the Executive Board of the National Commission for Cooperative Education.
