A die hard AIRS fan, Kelly had the opportunity to join the company in 2008 and now trains all AIRS classes and is a significant contributor to the course development process. She also writes and edits the AIRS Sourcing Report, a free monthly resource of sourcing techniques and tips and contributes to the highly regarded talent management blog, Fistful of Talent.
